Request a QuoteThe high-performance IP megapixel cameras of the VISULEX K55-HD-Ex and K55-4K-Ex models can provide continuous 24/7 remote process monitoring powered by Power-over-Ethernet. No installation of additional supply lines is necessary. Live images are displayable in perfect 4K on standard PCs or notebooks using a simple web browser without the need for expensive special software. Camera images can also be easily integrated into existing visualization software for efficient process monitoring.
Manufactured to the highest safety standards, VISULEX HD Cameras K55-HD-Ex and K55-4K-Ex fulfill the requirements of the European Directive 2014/34/EU. Reliable 316 stainless steel housing ensures seal-tight, high corrosion resistance housing rated for ambient operating temperatures of 0°C to +40°C. All designs are approved for Ex zones 1 and 2, as well as zones 21 and 22.
Installation is fast and easy, requiring only an Ethernet cable for set up. With these standard cameras, the lens is permanently adjusted to the object to be observed during installation, mitigating the chance of a ruined view. Ongoing maintenance is simple and straightforward due to the minimal wiring effort required.
